Dispatch of Name Tags & Labels for Personal Belongings: Dispatch of family size orders is within 8-14 working days of payment clearance. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak times such as at the beginning of the new school year. We will advise by email or telephone of any delays in processing with the option of cancelling your order. If you require labels urgently or by a given date, please email us to let us know and we will always endeavour to meet this date. Subject to a surcharge. Bulk orders/sports club orders - please contact us for expected dispatch times. Orders are NOT available for pickup from our office. All orders are send by courier. Post & Packing and Delivery by Courier Post There is a charge of $8.50 for Courier, or $11.50 if your address is Rural Delivery. Errors:   Please check your order carefully and check for errors prior to sending. Labels Direct cannot not take responsibility for misspellings or errors on emails or order forms. For Product Label customers, a scanned image is emailed for approval prior to printing. Please check templates carefully for any errors or omissions. We do not take responsibility for orders approved and then found to be incorrectly spelt or worded. Transit:   Goods damaged in Transit must be notified within 7 days of receipt and labels returned to us for replacement. Warranty:   We endeavour to supply a quality product and warrant our Name Tags and Labels for Personal Belongings and our Fabric Care & Logo Labels for 6 months from date of dispatch. If you are not satisfied with our labels please contact us with a full description of the fault or problem and we will refund or replace them. We do not take responsiblity for items or products our labels are attached to. Iron-on labels: Please ensure that ironing instructions (included in packaging) are followed carefully, in particular ensuring that no water or steam is present on the clothes or in the iron at the time of application. Some clothing is treated with 'finishers' which prevent the label from adhering correctly and may require additional stitching. Extra samples of iron-on labels are retained by us for future testing if a problem is reported. The "Purchaser" is the person, individual, company, or organisation requesting/purchasing the label and agreeing to the design, images and text.
